For over twenty years, HealthMPowers has worked with youth, educators, and families across Georgia to champion healthy habits and transform the environments where children live, learn, and play. Youth in our programs learn how to build healthy habits—and it shows, they eat more fruits and vegetables, choose water over sugary drinks, and incorporate more physical activity into their day. They also experience one-of-a-kind leadership development opportunities designed to foster the next generation of health leaders.
