Secondary Schools Secondary Schools - SNAP-ED The Secondary Schools – SNAP-Ed Sector is funded through SNAP-Ed to partner with middle schools and high schools in Georgia. During this partnership, each school is provided with resources and services to help them improve in their healthy eating and physical activity behaviors. This is done through direct education, peer-to-peer engagement, policies, systems and environmental changes. Power Up For 30 Middle School Power Up for 30 is an initiative supported by Georgia Shape and the Georgia Departments of Public Health and Education funded through Centene Foundation for Quality Healthcare and Peachstate Health Plan.
