HealthMPowers has partnered with Family Connection & Communities In Schools, who mission is to foster a local collaborative decision-making process and identify resources to improve conditions and outcomes for children and families in Hancock County in the areas of health, school readiness and school success, family stability and self-sufficiency. Even when we think we are making a good selection, we can be fooled. Come learn how to “rethink your drink” so you can help yourself and your family make healthier, smarter sips! Go, Slow, Whoa Physical Activity Come learn some no cost, “I’m Short-on-Time” activities that you can incorporate into your day that will help you and your family feel better. Not only will you learn and share physical activity ideas, but there are GIVE-A-WAYS! He is a true health Hero because he wants to see his community take on healthier eating habits. He is excited about partnering with HealthMPowers to encourage his customer to purchase more fruits and vegetables. He has made immediate changes throughout his store. He has converted one of his encaps to only have healthy items so his customers would immediately identify them. He has also included our signage that says “Healthy choices start here”.
